ACTivate Project is a peer-led programme supporting people to respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful steps towards what matters. We offer small, supportive group sessions where you can reflect, learn new ways of coping, and feel less alone.
How ACTivate can help:
- Build a different relationship with your thoughts and feelings
- Take small, manageable steps forward
- Connect with others who understand
- Focus on what truly matters to you
Who is the ACTivate Programme for?
ACTivate is for people who may be struggling with their mental health, feeling stuck, or looking for support in recovery.
You don’t need a diagnosis or referral — just a willingness to take part in a supportive group space.

What to expect:
The programme runs over 8 weeks in small groups, with each session offering space to reflect, learn, and take small steps forward.
Sessions are peer-led, practical, and focused on real-life experiences — not clinical or overwhelming.
